Gate Bell:
|
|
Either of these, the "Voice-Call" or the "Gate Bell" are options that some family gate owners may find unnecessary. Most visitors would call before coming. However, if you keep you gate closed during the daytime, the "Gatebell" would provide you with an inexpensive "heads up" convenience. Like a doorbell, but any distance up to a mile or more and wireless. Not bad huh?
The "Voice" or "Vo-Call" unit would generally be mounted on an arched post. The drive up visitor would follow the instructions and open the "Vo-Call" door, then take the radio to their car, (it is tethered to a coiled cable). The opened
door automatically powers up the radio and serves as a mini billboard. It advises the visitor to press "Call" to speak with the owner. Special visitors can also use their private access radio code if they have been given one. It can be voided if ever necessary.
We include a short range or wireless keypad for use if ever desired.
Pictured below is the Motorola Dual Base Station. We also offer a Uniden Dual Base Station (not pictured). These receive alert signals while being charged. They are also portable so you know when someone enters your property. Take them to the shop, barn or on a personal outing.
Pictured below is a garage door type transmitter we use. It is most convenient for automotive or other close-up use. The
long-range transceiver pictured at left has an AC and/or DC plug-in charger for in-house or vehicle use. It will
not, however, receive calls while being charged. Wireless code pad is available.
Nothing like the Gatebird products anywhere else in the world.
